This Privacy Policy explains how Webdesk LLC ("SOGSOOG", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data when you use the SOGSOOG mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). SOGSOOG is a ride-sharing and delivery platform that connects drivers ("Providers") with passengers and senders ("Users"). By using SOGSOOG, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
-
Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:
1.1 Information You Provide
This includes your full name, phone number, email address, profile photo, city, country, account login information, and payment information processed securely by third-party providers. For drivers, additional information may include driver license, vehicle information, identity verification documents, and insurance information. This information is necessary to provide the service.
1.2 Location Information
SOGSOOG collects precise location data from your device. For passengers, location is collected when the app is open and is used to find nearby drivers, show pickup and drop-off, and calculate trip routes. For drivers, location is collected when driver mode is ON and while the app is in foreground or background. This is required to provide ride-sharing services, show driver location to passengers, calculate routes and fares, and ensure safety and fraud prevention. SOGSOOG does not collect location data when driver mode is OFF. Users can disable location permission, but some features may not work properly.
1.3 Automatically Collected Information
We collect technical data including device type, device model, operating system, IP address, app version, crash logs, and usage activity. This information helps improve performance, reliability, and security.
1.4 Payment Information
Payments are processed by secure third-party providers such as Stripe and mobile payment providers. SOGSOOG does not store full card numbers.
1.5 Firebase and Push Notifications
SOGSOOG uses Firebase Cloud Messaging to send trip notifications and important alerts. Firebase may collect device identifiers required to deliver notifications.
-
How We Use Your Information
We use your data to provide ride-sharing services, connect users and drivers, calculate routes and fares, provide customer support, send important notifications, improve the app, prevent fraud, ensure safety, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
-
How We Share Information
We may share data between drivers and users to complete trips. For example, drivers can see passenger pickup locations and passengers can see driver locations. We may also share data with service providers including Google Maps for navigation, Firebase for notifications and analytics, and payment providers such as Stripe. These providers process data securely. We may also share data with legal authorities when required by law.
-
Permissions We Use
SOGSOOG uses location permission to match drivers and passengers, provide navigation, and track trips. Location is collected only when necessary. SOGSOOG also uses notification permission to send trip updates. Camera permission may be used optionally for profile photos.
-
Data Security
We protect your data using secure servers, encryption, and access controls. However, no system can guarantee complete security.
-
Data Retention
We keep your data while your account is active and as required by law. We may also retain data to resolve disputes and enforce our policies. You can request account deletion by contacting support.

Terms of Use
Last updated: November 28, 2025.
Your use of SogSoog mobile applications, websites, products, content, features, and platform (collectively, the "Platform") is governed by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). The Platform includes the SogSoog passenger app and the SogSoogDrive driver app. By accessing or using the Platform, or by confirming acceptance of these Terms, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the company responsible for your region. If you are located in Morocco, your contract is with Webdesk LLC ("SogSoog", "we", "us", "our"). Some SogSoog categories may have additional terms (for example, SogSoog.Courier or SogSoog.Intercity). Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data.
-
Drivers are independent. Passenger choice. How the Platform works
SogSoog connects independent third-party courier or transportation service providers ("Drivers") with their customers ("Passengers"). Passengers can propose a price when requesting a ride or delivery. Drivers may accept the proposed price or send a counteroffer. Passengers may choose a Driver from those who show interest. When a Passenger confirms a request and a Driver accepts, the Passenger and Driver enter into a separate agreement for that service. The agreed price is paid between Passenger and Driver and generally includes applicable fees, tolls, levies, and taxes related to the ride or delivery. SogSoog is not a party to the separate agreement between Passenger and Driver.
SogSoog is a technology platform. SogSoog does not provide courier, logistics, transportation, or similar services. Drivers provide services independently using the Platform. SogSoog does not employ, manage, supervise, or control Drivers, including how they perform services. Any features we offer to improve safety or user experience do not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between SogSoog and any user. These Terms do not replace any separate agreement that may exist between Passenger and Driver about a specific service.
-
Fees, wallet, and payments
Drivers may be required to pay a licensing fee to use the Platform. The current licensing fee and related information are shown inside the Driver account. We may change licensing fees from time to time. If you continue using the Platform after the change becomes effective, you are considered to have accepted the updated fees.
A licensing fee may be charged per completed order as defined in the app. If an order is canceled under eligible conditions, the amount may be returned to your account according to the rules shown in the app. In some cases, review and reversal may take up to 30 days.
SogSoog does not provide cash refunds. If you request a refund of unused funds after stopping use of the Platform, you must submit a written request through our support website and include the necessary bank details for a transfer. After we receive a valid request, refunds are processed within ten business days. If we do not receive a written refund request within three years, SogSoog may deduct unused funds as permitted by law.
If a Driver’s SogSoogDrive balance becomes negative or indicates an outstanding amount owed, the Driver must restore the balance within two calendar days. Until the outstanding amount is settled, the Driver’s access to certain Platform features may be restricted.
Drivers are responsible for calculating, collecting, and paying any taxes or government charges applicable to their services. SogSoog is not responsible for a Driver’s tax obligations or any tax-related misconduct by users.
SogSoog may offer promotions, discounts, loyalty programs, and referral programs ("Offers"). Offers may be changed, suspended, or ended at any time. Bonuses and promotional credits may only be used within the Platform, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. If SogSoog determines that an Offer was used incorrectly, fraudulently, illegally, or in violation of these Terms or the Offer rules, SogSoog may withhold or deduct the related benefits.
-
Creating and using your SogSoog account
To use most Platform features, you must register for an account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority where you live) and able to enter into a contract. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information. We may request verification information to prevent fraud, protect users, and comply with applicable laws. We may also ask you to confirm or update your information from time to time.
Different account types exist for Passengers and Drivers. Driver accounts require additional verification and documentation before activation.
You must keep your device, verification methods, and login credentials secure. You may not allow anyone else to use your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.
You may request account deletion through the app settings or by contacting support. In some situations, we may need to keep certain information for legitimate reasons such as fraud prevention, legal compliance, safety, or dispute resolution, as described in our Privacy Policy. Accounts inactive for more than three years may be removed.
-
Safety and security
User safety is important to SogSoog. We may review Driver documents before allowing Driver access. We may perform checks to confirm that the account holder is the person using the account and that the vehicle matches the registered information. We may request identity verification for Passengers where permitted by law.
Even with these measures, SogSoog cannot guarantee offline safety or the quality of services performed by independent users. You should use caution when interacting with others. Verify profile details and report concerns immediately through support.
If the Platform includes an SOS feature, it may allow you to contact local emergency services or share ride details with a trusted contact, depending on your device and location. Always contact local emergency services directly if you are in immediate danger.
-
Driver responsibilities
If you use the Platform as a Driver, you represent and agree that you are medically fit to drive, hold valid licenses, permits, and authorizations, and have the legal right to use the vehicle you operate. You agree to keep your vehicle in safe working condition and compliant with applicable laws, and to provide services only using the vehicle registered with SogSoog. You agree not to engage in unsafe or illegal behavior, not to provide services while intoxicated or dangerously fatigued, and not to demand payment above the amount agreed through the Platform. You agree to calculate and pay applicable taxes. You agree not to discriminate against Passengers and to follow applicable SogSoog policies, local laws, and compliance requirements including anti-fraud, anti-money-laundering, and anti-corruption rules where applicable. You agree not to use personal data obtained through the Platform for any purpose unrelated to providing services or lawful requirements.
-
Passenger and Driver communications
You must treat other users respectfully. Communications must relate only to the service. Do not share unnecessary contact details. Unless needed to return a lost item or resolve a service issue, communication should end when the service is completed. Harassment may result in suspension or termination.
Depending on your region, communications may include in-app chat, in-app calls, or comments. To protect users and enforce these Terms, SogSoog may monitor and record communications where permitted by law. If your region allows calls using standard mobile numbers, carrier charges may apply.
-
Communications from SogSoog
We may contact you for service and operational reasons such as receipts, trip updates, security alerts, and account messages. We may also send marketing messages where allowed by law. We may contact you via in-app notifications, push notifications, SMS, email, or phone. Where required, we will provide consent controls and opt-out options for marketing messages.
-
Platform restrictions and prohibited behavior
You may not use the Platform to do anything illegal, violate these Terms or SogSoog policies, or use the Platform for purposes not permitted. You may not sell, transfer, or share your account or credentials. You may not impersonate others, stalk, threaten, harass, or abuse users. You may not upload unlawful, misleading, inappropriate, or infringing content. You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with Platform systems, scrape the Platform, or bypass fees or security controls. You may not take actions that subject SogSoog to transportation-carrier obligations or liability beyond operating a technology platform.
Fraud prevention is a core requirement. Prohibited conduct includes creating fake accounts, providing false information, manipulating location, abusing promotions, using unauthorized apps, bots, scripts, or tools that alter Platform behavior, or colluding to cancel orders or mislead other users. Violations may result in temporary or permanent bans and other actions. SogSoog may apply licensing fees or recover losses for executed orders affected by fraud or violations, as permitted by law.
-
SogSoog rights, enforcement, and appeals
We may investigate suspected violations. Depending on severity, we may restrict access to features or suspend or terminate accounts temporarily or permanently if we reasonably determine that you materially or repeatedly violated these Terms or policies, if we have evidence of an imminent serious violation, if required by law, or if necessary to address significant security, safety, or technical risks.
We may also prevent re-registration by users whose accounts were terminated for violations, including when they attempt to create new accounts.
If you believe we made an error, you may appeal by contacting support at https://sogsoog.com/contact
-
Your content
You are responsible for data, documents, photos, and other content you post on the Platform ("Content"). You must ensure your Content does not violate laws or third-party rights. We may remove or restrict Content if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, harms users, or creates legal or safety risks.
You retain ownership of your Content. You grant SogSoog a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, use, reproduce, display, adapt, and create derivative works from your Content solely to operate, provide, improve, and protect the Platform and related services.
-
Intellectual property
The Platform, including software, design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, databases, and other content, is owned or licensed by SogSoog and protected by intellectual property laws. SogSoog grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, revocable license to access and use the Platform on your own device for personal, non-commercial use related to Platform purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Platform, except where allowed by law. You may not mirror or frame any part of the Platform or use our trademarks without prior written permission.
-
Liability, disclaimers, and indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SogSoog, Webdesk LLC, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your services or transactions with other users, your Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SogSoog is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or property damage arising from your use of the Platform or interactions with other users, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
SogSoog is not responsible for the acts or omissions of Drivers, Passengers, or other third parties. We do not participate in disputes between users. Your use of services provided by independent users is at your own risk.
If the Platform links to third-party websites, services, or content, those third parties have their own terms and privacy policies. SogSoog does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, ads, availability, quality, safety, or outcomes.
-
Dispute resolution and governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, unless mandatory local consumer protections apply to you. We encourage users to contact support first to resolve concerns informally.
Where arbitration is permitted and applicable, disputes may be resolved by a single arbitrator under the Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC) Rules (Vienna Rules). If arbitration is not enforceable for your situation, disputes will be handled by the competent courts as required by applicable law.
-
Changes to the Platform or Terms
We may update the Platform and these Terms from time to time. We will publish the latest version in the app and/or on our website and will notify you of material changes where required by law. By continuing to use the Platform after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you disagree, you must stop using the Platform.
-
General
We will provide the Platform with reasonable care and skill, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the Platform will meet all needs. You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device and installing updates. Data plan charges may apply.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections remain in effect.

Publication date: December 1, 2025
1. Overview
Goal 1.1: We at the SogSoog group of enterprises ("Company" or "SogSoog") are dedicated to provide our clients safe, dependable, and responsible services. We expect our suppliers to maintain the greatest standards of behavior and share our dedication to conducting business with honesty, openness, and equity since we understand how important they are to providing this experience.
1.2. Our industry-specific social, environmental, and ethical obligations are outlined in this Supplier Code of Conduct ("Code"), which acts as a guidance for our suppliers. By abiding by this Code, our suppliers help to build a transparent and sustainable ecosystem, protecting our customers' safety, happiness, and well-being.
1.3. While not all-inclusive, this Code offers a structure that helps our suppliers comprehend our requirements and adjust their procedures accordingly. In order to continuously improve and resolve any issues that may come up, we promote open communication and cooperation with our suppliers.
1.4. We want to establish partnerships with our suppliers that benefit both parties. We are convinced that these kinds of partnerships will benefit both sides in every aspect of our business, encouraging equitable and open pricing for the products and services we purchase. We can build a strong and mutually profitable cooperation by adhering to this Code, opening the door for an ethical and sustainable future in our sector.
1.5. Scope : This Code covers all of SogSoog's contractors, subcontractors, agents, representatives, and next-tier suppliers (collectively, "Suppliers") who provide materials, goods, or services.
1.6. Supplier Declaration: SogSoog partners with suppliers who pledge to always behave honorably and with integrity. Additionally, suppliers commit to following this Code's rules and disseminating it as needed. They pledge to offer the support that is required during external audits or inspections and to produce documentation of the relevant accreditations and certificates. Suppliers understand and agree that, as detailed below, we may be forced to end our collaboration if they disregard these rules.
We urge suppliers to adhere to the tenets of global declarations, agreements, guidelines, and standards, including:
Universal Declaration of Human Rights, United Nations
The United Nations Global Compact
The SA 8000 Standard
International Labor Organization
EcoVadis Certification and Evaluation
The ISO 20400 standard
2. Adhere to ESG standards, laws, and regulations.
2.1. As a responsible business, we anticipate that our global suppliers will be just as dedicated to supporting our internal policies and processes, our code of conduct, and the laws, rules, and regulations of the nations in which we do business.
2.2. Our vendors need to:
Respect this Supplier Code of Conduct, which lays out the standards and prerequisites for moral business conduct. This entails upholding the values expressed in this Code and exhibiting a dedication to sustainable and ethical business practices.
Adhere to all applicable laws, rules, and environmental, social, and governance ("ESG") requirements while operating within the bounds of the law. Anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws, anti-money laundering laws, anti-terrorism funding laws, antitrust and competition laws, sanctions and trade compliance rules, and anti-boycott compliance laws are all examples of this.
Accomplish reporting requirements and obtain and keep all required licenses, registrations, certifications, and accreditations.
refrain from bribes, kickbacks, and other corrupt practices and carry out their commercial dealings in an honest, fair, and ethical manner. See our Anti-Corruption Policy for further details.
The requirements of local laws and the Company's current policies and practices are not superseded by the provisions of this Code. The more stringent standards of this Code will take precedence over applicable laws in the event of a disagreement. We want to do business with suppliers that are committed to upholding the standards set forth in this code and who share our values.
3. Human Rights and Labor
3.1. We anticipate that our international suppliers will share our commitment to diversity, anti-harassment, and nondiscrimination. Our goal is to establish a welcoming atmosphere where everyone's rights—including labor rights—are respected.

This involves encouraging a workforce that is inclusive and varied and making sure that everyone has equal chances.
Make certain that all employees are of legal age, hired willingly, and not under any kind of duress.
Respect employees' freedom to organize, form or join unions, and participate in collective bargaining. This entails respecting these rights and fostering an atmosphere that promotes candid communication and productive interaction between employees and management.
Pay employees a fair wage that is competitive and appropriate for their position. Along with meeting or above the legal minimum criteria, these earnings must also, when available, include overtime pay.
Avoid any actions that infringe on human rights or take advantage of weaker people.

4.2. Our vendors need to:
Give top priority to ensuring that every employee has a safe and healthy workplace.
Prevent, reduce, and eliminate workplace dangers by taking proactive steps. This entails carrying out in-depth danger evaluations, putting in place suitable engineering and administrative controls, and then prioritizing hazard reduction as necessary.
Create and carry out emergency preparations and response protocols that reduce damage to people, property, and the environment.
Provide the required safety gear to employees and make sure it is used correctly.
In the event of an emergency, accident, or injury, administer first aid right away and make any necessary arrangements for additional medical care.

5.2. Our vendors need to:
Make sure that the sourcing of any raw materials utilized in their activities complies with ethical standards and applicable rules. This entails making certain that the extraction of these materials respects the rights of Indigenous peoples, local communities, and workers, and having the ability to demonstrate this to SogSoog upon request.
5.3. Additionally, we urge suppliers to:
Adhere to our dedication to environmental sustainability and make sure that their operations follow the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) guidelines. This entails incorporating environmental factors into their operations, business plans, and decision-making procedures.
Evaluate and reduce their consumption of natural resources as well as their impact on the environment. This involves putting policies in place to:
Preserve resources.

This entails conducting ourselves morally in all facets of our organization, including sourcing, operations, partnerships, and procedures.
6.2. Our vendors need to:
Maintain the greatest levels of honesty, openness, and equity in all of your dealings.
Adopt a zero-tolerance policy for fraud and report any suspected fraudulent activity—such as document falsification, misrepresentation, or other dishonest practices—as soon as possible.
To stop and identify fraud, put in place and keep up strong internal controls and processes.
Steer clear of conflicts of interest and declare any possible or real conflicts of interest pertaining to your business and activities with SogSoog, including any financial or other interests you may have with a SogSoog employee or a member of their immediate family.
Any political lobbying should be carried out openly and in accordance with all relevant laws and rules pertaining to lobbying and political contributions. Furthermore, suppliers must be aware of whether their actions on behalf of the company can qualify as lobbying.
In accordance with applicable laws and accepted accounting principles, maintain accurate books and records for all business transactions. If this isn't done, the company can face harsh fines or other repercussions.
A conflict of interest: what is it?
A conflict of interest usually arises when the supplier's capacity to provide the job or services impartially is hampered by or appears to be hampered by personal interests. In the event of a real or possible conflict of interest, suppliers are required to alert SogSoog.
Describe lobbying.
The word "lobbying" describes any activity intended to change laws, rules, policies, and regulations. Depending on the particular laws in effect, lobbying may also include business development and procurement-related operations in certain nations.
7. Utilizing Data
7.1. Since it enables us to protect privacy, improve security, and cultivate confidence in our operations, we place a high importance on the ethical and responsible use of information. As we work to establish a cooperative and reliable collaboration, we firmly think that our suppliers should share these principles.

Furthermore, it is advised that training programs be regularly evaluated and updated to take into account new developments in technology, trends, and regulations. These audits might be carried out directly or via a third party, remotely or on-site. In order to comply with these audits and investigations, suppliers must do so in a way that is commercially reasonable. This may entail giving SogSoog access to the personnel of the suppliers and supplying pertinent records, including accounting records, supporting documentation, certificates, and accreditations.
