Terms of Use in General

Last modified: November 28, 2025

Greetings from SogSoog!

Your use of SogSoog mobile applications, websites, products, content, features, and platform (collectively, the "Platform") is governed by these Terms of Use ("Terms").

The platform consists of:

Passengers' SogSoog app

The SogSoogDrive driver app

You and we enter into a contract when you use the Platform in any way or acknowledge your acceptance of these Terms. Where you are based determines which company you enter into a contract with. You engage into a deal with Webdesk LLC in Morocco ("SogSoog", "we", "us", "our").

A certain SogSoog category may have additional terms, such as SogSoog.Courier or SogSoog.Intercity. The Privacy Policy outlines our privacy practices.

1. Drivers' independence. Options for Travelers

Our business plan

Our platform connects independent third-party courier or transportation service providers (referred to as "Drivers") with their customers (referred to as "Passengers"). Passengers offer their pricing for the driver's services when they make a ride request. After seeing the request, the drivers have the option to accept the price that has been offered or submit a counteroffer.

From the list of drivers who expressed interest in accepting the request, the passenger is free to select the driver. When the passenger confirms the ride, the driver and the passenger enter into a separate agreement.

Through the platform, the passenger and driver must exchange the agreed-upon price. All of the fees, tolls, levies, taxes, and other charges related to the ride are included in this negotiated price. The settlement between the driver and the passenger is unaffected by SogSoog.

Status of SogSoog

SogSoog is a technology company that doesn't offer courier, logistics, transportation, or any other associated services. Independent drivers use our platform to deliver these services. The choice to provide or accept the Services is entirely up to the individual user, who does so at their own risk and discretion. SogSoog does not oversee or manage drivers in general or when they provide services. Any feature, procedure, or effort we make to improve your experience on our platform does not imply that we have an agency or employment relationship with any user.

Any agreements Passengers may have with Drivers about the Services are not superseded by these Terms or affected in any other way.

Payments and Fees

Drivers may be required to pay a license fee to SogSoog in order to use the platform. The licensing fee amount is subject to change at any time. You will be considered to have accepted the new fees if you keep using the Platform.

Each fulfilled order incurs a license fee. You can view the current licensing fee amount in your personal account, which also records payments.

When the car gets at point A or you call the passenger before hitting the "I have arrived" button, a license fee for a completed order is assessed. If the passenger does not show up or cancels the order, the money is returned to your account. In this instance, you ought to select "The passenger didn't come out." In certain situations, it could take up to 30 days for SogSoog to review and cancel the order before issuing a refund.

After writing to us about removing the SogSoog App and terminating the terms, if there are any unused monies in your account, send us a scan of a written request to return the unused funds via our support website, together with the bank account information needed to get the money back.

Cash refunds are not offered by SogSoog. After your written request for a refund of unused monies is received, the reimbursement will be issued within ten business days.

SogSoog has the right to deduct any unused monies from your account if we haven't received a written request to return them within three years.

The driver has two calendar days to pay back the entire loan if their SogSoogDrive account balance drops to zero. Until the debt is paid in full, the driver's access to the SogSoogDrive app will be restricted; they won't be able to see or negotiate with passengers' ride requests during this time.

By using the Platform, drivers are in charge of collecting and paying any necessary taxes related to the services. SogSoog will not be held responsible for any transactions involving drivers and passengers in where there has been tax-related misbehavior.

Promotions, discounts, loyalty programs, and referral schemes may be made accessible by SogSoog in its sole discretion ("Offers"). These offers, which are made in bonuses, may have an impact on or be applied to service fees or ride costs, lowering such sums.

Bonuses can only be used within the SogSoog app; they cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. On drivers' orders, bonuses can be utilized to cover the license fee.

Additional details about Offers may be given inside the app or through other channels of communication specified in these Terms. Additionally, if SogSoog finds that bonuses or other advantages received through offers were redeemed incorrectly, fraudulently, illegally, or in violation of the promotion or these Terms, it retains the right to withhold or deduct them. Any Offer may be discontinued, modified, canceled, or terminated by SogSoog at any time and at its sole discretion without providing the user with prior notice.

2. The creation of your SogSoog account

You must register for an account with us in order to use the Platform's features. You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal majority age in your nation, and be able to use the Platform and enter into a contract with us in order to register. You are required to enter current and accurate personal information while creating an account.

When you open your account, we will ask for information to verify your identity in order to avoid fraud, protect your security, and adhere to anti-money-laundering and sanctions laws (where applicable). Additionally, we might occasionally ask you to update and confirm your information.

Depending on whether you use the Platform as a driver or a passenger, we provide a variety of account kinds. You must pass the verification process and give us more details in order to create a Driver account.

You accept the SogSoog Terms applicable in that country if you use the Platform there.

Keeping your account up to date

If your information changes, you have to update it right away. Please let us know as soon as possible if your mobile number changes. Your mobile operator might give your number to someone else who might be able to access your account if you stop using it.

You can't let other people use your account. You need to keep your device and login credentials secure. Every action that takes place under your account is your responsibility. Please get in touch with our support staff right once if you believe that someone else has access to your account or knows your password.

Termination of account

Your account can be deleted at any time. You can contact user support or do it through the app's settings. In certain situations, we might not be able to close your account or might keep some information for valid reasons, like preventing fraud and protecting our users, meeting legal requirements, or handling any pending claims or disputes. To learn how we handle your information once your account is terminated, please consult our Privacy Policy.

Accounts that have not been used for more than three years may be removed. As stated in the section "SogSoog's rights," we have the authority to suspend or cancel access to your account.

3. Your security

Our top goal is the wellbeing and security of SogSoog users. We take appropriate precautions to ensure that our users are in a safe and secure environment on the Platform. For instance, before permitting drivers to offer their services, we examine all of their documentation. Furthermore, we might perform spot checks to confirm that the driver who registered the account is the one using it and that the driver is driving the car linked to this driver's account. We might ask passengers to provide a government-issued ID number to prove their identity or to pass a liveness check.

We recognize the limitations of an online platform's capacity to promote offline safety, even with our best efforts. The quality and safety of the transportation that results from the Services are beyond our control.

We cannot ensure that every driver or passenger is who they say they are. To ensure that the driver or passenger you see on the platform is the same person you see in person, please check their pictures. However, if you see that the driver that came to you is not the same as the driver on the SogSoog app, please report this to SogSoog, and we will look into it and hold the driver accountable.

When communicating with other people, we strongly advise you to use caution and care. Driver's services are used and rendered at your own risk.

Use the "SOS button" or report any suspected health or safety threats right away to user support.

There are two choices for the SOS button:

They provide you a chance to contact your nation's police.

A regular dial bar with an automatically generated police number will appear when you click the "Call the police" button.

allow you to provide a number from your contacts with the details of your ride.

The recipient's selection screen opens when you click the "Send ride information" button, and the ride details are sent to the number you provided.

We make every effort to keep our software secure and user-friendly. As a result, we are continuously enhancing and changing our application's functionality as well as user verification procedures.

4. Driver's Responsibilities

In your capacity as a driver, you attest, guarantee, and consent to:

You are medically qualified to provide the services, you have a valid driver's license, and you have all the necessary permissions and authorizations to do so; you own the vehicle you use to deliver the services, or you have the legal right to drive it; it is in good operating order and complies with safety regulations; you will only deliver the services in the vehicle that has been reported to SogSoog; you will not allow anyone to ride with you while you deliver the services; You will not engage in unsafe or unlawful behavior, provide the services while intoxicated or fatigued, or demand payment in excess of the amount agreed upon through the Platform; you will compute, charge, and remit all applicable taxes; you will not discriminate against passengers; You promise to abide by our reasonable requests for information about the Services and your use of the Platform; to refrain from using information obtained through the Platform for purposes unrelated to rendering Driver's services; to abide by applicable laws pertaining to sanctions, anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, anti-bribery, combating illegal trade and terrorist financing, and outlawing child labor or forced labor; and to follow SogSoog policies that are relevant in your nation.

5. Communications between Passengers and Drivers

You ought to show consideration for other SogSoog users. Interactions with other users are limited to those pertaining to the Services. You are not allowed to divulge pointless contact details. Unless it's to return a misplaced item, communication should stop when the service is finished. Any additional correspondence could be interpreted as harassment, which could result in your account being suspended or terminated.

Depending on your location, we allow users to interact on the platform through in-app calls, in-app chat, or comments. In order to assess if you are adhering to these terms, we have the right to keep an eye on and record your conversations with other users.

If this feature is accessible, you can reach the other user by using the mobile number that is displayed in the app's UI. There may be fees associated with mobile carriers.

All users are guaranteed integrity, fairness, and transparency as a result.

The rights of SogSoog — Revised on November 28, 2025

Code of Conduct for Suppliers

Publication date: December 1, 2025

1. Overview

Goal 1.1: We at the SogSoog group of enterprises ("Company" or "SogSoog") are dedicated to provide our clients safe, dependable, and responsible services. We expect our suppliers to maintain the greatest standards of behavior and share our dedication to conducting business with honesty, openness, and equity since we understand how important they are to providing this experience.

1.2. Our industry-specific social, environmental, and ethical obligations are outlined in this Supplier Code of Conduct ("Code"), which acts as a guidance for our suppliers. By abiding by this Code, our suppliers help to build a transparent and sustainable ecosystem, protecting our customers' safety, happiness, and well-being.

1.3. While not all-inclusive, this Code offers a structure that helps our suppliers comprehend our requirements and adjust their procedures accordingly. In order to continuously improve and resolve any issues that may come up, we promote open communication and cooperation with our suppliers.

1.4. We want to establish partnerships with our suppliers that benefit both parties. We are convinced that these kinds of partnerships will benefit both sides in every aspect of our business, encouraging equitable and open pricing for the products and services we purchase. We can build a strong and mutually profitable cooperation by adhering to this Code, opening the door for an ethical and sustainable future in our sector.

1.5. Scope : This Code covers all of SogSoog's contractors, subcontractors, agents, representatives, and next-tier suppliers (collectively, "Suppliers") who provide materials, goods, or services.

1.6. Supplier Declaration: SogSoog partners with suppliers who pledge to always behave honorably and with integrity. Additionally, suppliers commit to following this Code's rules and disseminating it as needed. They pledge to offer the support that is required during external audits or inspections and to produce documentation of the relevant accreditations and certificates. Suppliers understand and agree that, as detailed below, we may be forced to end our collaboration if they disregard these rules.

We urge suppliers to adhere to the tenets of global declarations, agreements, guidelines, and standards, including:

Universal Declaration of Human Rights, United Nations

The United Nations Global Compact

The SA 8000 Standard

International Labor Organization

EcoVadis Certification and Evaluation

The ISO 20400 standard

2. Adhere to ESG standards, laws, and regulations.

2.1. As a responsible business, we anticipate that our global suppliers will be just as dedicated to supporting our internal policies and processes, our code of conduct, and the laws, rules, and regulations of the nations in which we do business.

2.2. Our vendors need to:

Respect this Supplier Code of Conduct, which lays out the standards and prerequisites for moral business conduct. This entails upholding the values expressed in this Code and exhibiting a dedication to sustainable and ethical business practices.

Adhere to all applicable laws, rules, and environmental, social, and governance ("ESG") requirements while operating within the bounds of the law. Anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws, anti-money laundering laws, anti-terrorism funding laws, antitrust and competition laws, sanctions and trade compliance rules, and anti-boycott compliance laws are all examples of this.

Accomplish reporting requirements and obtain and keep all required licenses, registrations, certifications, and accreditations.

refrain from bribes, kickbacks, and other corrupt practices and carry out their commercial dealings in an honest, fair, and ethical manner. See our Anti-Corruption Policy for further details.

The requirements of local laws and the Company's current policies and practices are not superseded by the provisions of this Code. The more stringent standards of this Code will take precedence over applicable laws in the event of a disagreement. We want to do business with suppliers that are committed to upholding the standards set forth in this code and who share our values.

3. Human Rights and Labor

3.1. We anticipate that our international suppliers will share our commitment to diversity, anti-harassment, and nondiscrimination. Our goal is to establish a welcoming atmosphere where everyone's rights—including labor rights—are respected.

3.2. Our vendors need to:

firmly oppose any kind of harassment or discrimination on the basis of any protected characteristic, including age, disability, sexual orientation, marital status, sex (including pregnancy and related conditions), gender (including gender identity and expression), race, color, religion, national or ethnic origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, sexual orientation, genetic information, or any other protected characteristic. This involves encouraging a workforce that is inclusive and varied and making sure that everyone has equal chances.

Make certain that all employees are of legal age, hired willingly, and not under any kind of duress.

Respect employees' freedom to organize, form or join unions, and participate in collective bargaining. This entails respecting these rights and fostering an atmosphere that promotes candid communication and productive interaction between employees and management.

Pay employees a fair wage that is competitive and appropriate for their position. Along with meeting or above the legal minimum criteria, these earnings must also, when available, include overtime pay.

Avoid any actions that infringe on human rights or take advantage of weaker people.

3.3. Additionally, we advise suppliers to:

Create DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), nondiscrimination, and anti-harassment rules.

Establish clear wage structures that guarantee timely payment.

Code of Conduct for Suppliers

Publication date: December 1, 2025

4. Safety and Health

4.1. Our first concern is the safety and well-being of all parties engaged in our company operations, including employees, clients, and contractors. Since we think these health and safety guidelines are essential to establishing a healthy environment for everyone, we respectfully encourage our suppliers to join us in observing them.

4.2. Our vendors need to:

Give top priority to ensuring that every employee has a safe and healthy workplace.

Prevent, reduce, and eliminate workplace dangers by taking proactive steps. This entails carrying out in-depth danger evaluations, putting in place suitable engineering and administrative controls, and then prioritizing hazard reduction as necessary.

Create and carry out emergency preparations and response protocols that reduce damage to people, property, and the environment.

Provide the required safety gear to employees and make sure it is used correctly.

In the event of an emergency, accident, or injury, administer first aid right away and make any necessary arrangements for additional medical care.

  1. Environmental Accountability

5.1. We are concerned about minimizing our influence on the environment. We ask our suppliers to join us in our commitment to conducting all of our operations in a way that conserves and protects the environment.

5.2. Our vendors need to:

Make sure that the sourcing of any raw materials utilized in their activities complies with ethical standards and applicable rules. This entails making certain that the extraction of these materials respects the rights of Indigenous peoples, local communities, and workers, and having the ability to demonstrate this to SogSoog upon request.

5.3. Additionally, we urge suppliers to:

Adhere to our dedication to environmental sustainability and make sure that their operations follow the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) guidelines. This entails incorporating environmental factors into their operations, business plans, and decision-making procedures.

Evaluate and reduce their consumption of natural resources as well as their impact on the environment. This involves putting policies in place to:

Preserve resources.

Identify, handle, get rid of, and reduce waste—including hazardous waste—effectively.

Encourage recycling, especially with regard to hazardous trash.

Identify, track, manage, treat, and minimize pollutants and greenhouse gas emissions.

Adopt supply chain and sourcing strategies that are sustainable.

Make all internal environmental resources, including policies, ESG reports, and associated certifications, publicly accessible.

6. Ethical Business Conduct

6.1. As a business dedicated to honesty, openness, and justice, we genuinely appreciate doing the right thing and anticipate that our suppliers will follow suit. This entails conducting ourselves morally in all facets of our organization, including sourcing, operations, partnerships, and procedures.

6.2. Our vendors need to:

Maintain the greatest levels of honesty, openness, and equity in all of your dealings.

Adopt a zero-tolerance policy for fraud and report any suspected fraudulent activity—such as document falsification, misrepresentation, or other dishonest practices—as soon as possible.

To stop and identify fraud, put in place and keep up strong internal controls and processes.

Steer clear of conflicts of interest and declare any possible or real conflicts of interest pertaining to your business and activities with SogSoog, including any financial or other interests you may have with a SogSoog employee or a member of their immediate family.

Any political lobbying should be carried out openly and in accordance with all relevant laws and rules pertaining to lobbying and political contributions. Furthermore, suppliers must be aware of whether their actions on behalf of the company can qualify as lobbying.

In accordance with applicable laws and accepted accounting principles, maintain accurate books and records for all business transactions. If this isn't done, the company can face harsh fines or other repercussions.

A conflict of interest: what is it?

A conflict of interest usually arises when the supplier's capacity to provide the job or services impartially is hampered by or appears to be hampered by personal interests. In the event of a real or possible conflict of interest, suppliers are required to alert SogSoog.

Describe lobbying.

The word "lobbying" describes any activity intended to change laws, rules, policies, and regulations. Depending on the particular laws in effect, lobbying may also include business development and procurement-related operations in certain nations.

7. Utilizing Data

7.1. Since it enables us to protect privacy, improve security, and cultivate confidence in our operations, we place a high importance on the ethical and responsible use of information. As we work to establish a cooperative and reliable collaboration, we firmly think that our suppliers should share these principles.

7.2. Our vendors need to:

Protect sensitive information, no matter where it comes from, and only acquire and hold onto it when required for job duties.

Put in place the proper security measures to guard against abuse, loss, and illegal access to private data, and notify the company right away if there are any breaches or suspicions of them.

Prioritize the security and responsible management of personal data if you are engaged in its collection, receipt, storage, or processing in relation to goods or services supplied to SogSoog. This entails putting in place the proper safeguards to prevent data loss, abuse, and illegal access.

Report any violations or potential violations to the company as soon as possible.

Honor other people's intellectual property rights and take the necessary precautions to safeguard them.

Use our Public Relations Department to handle any communications on the company's behalf or to mention the company. Please direct any outside parties (such as journalists) who would like to comment on company matters to our Public Relations Department at sog@sogsoog.app.

8. Participation in the Community

8.1. We encourage suppliers to actively participate in social or environmental initiatives, contribute to community projects, and support efforts to solve local concerns in order to further our objective to confront injustice.

9. Instruction

9.1. We expect suppliers to give thorough and suitable training to their staff, contractors, and partners that are involved in delivering services to our clients because we are a firm dedicated to safety and ethical excellence. Furthermore, it is advised that training programs be regularly evaluated and updated to take into account new developments in technology, trends, and regulations. Please be aware that SogSoog will not be in charge of this training; suppliers alone are accountable for it.

10. The right to audit and look into

10.1. SogSoog maintains the right to carry out supplier audits and investigations to make sure that this Code and our other policies are being followed in order to fulfill our commitment to transparency. These audits might be carried out directly or via a third party, remotely or on-site. In order to comply with these audits and investigations, suppliers must do so in a way that is commercially reasonable. This may entail giving SogSoog access to the personnel of the suppliers and supplying pertinent records, including accounting records, supporting documentation, certificates, and accreditations.

10.2. In order to ensure the highest levels of ethical, social, and environmental responsibility and to foster a culture of continuous development, we have the right to undertake audits and investigations. We aggressively encourage active engagement in the audit and investigative process, and we place a great importance on open communication and collaboration with suppliers.

11. Reporting Issues

11.1. Suppliers are urged to report any possible infractions of this code. This includes disclosing information on possible wrongdoing by a supplier or SogSoog employee.

No Retaliation

At SogSoog, we place a high value on an accountable and transparent culture. Retaliation of any kind against suppliers who honestly report issues or infractions is forbidden. We guarantee suppliers that their data will be handled honestly and with confidentiality. Retaliation will be properly examined and dealt with. Let's establish a culture that respects honesty and promotes candid dialogue.

12. Infractions against the Code

12.1. Violations of this Code are taken extremely seriously. In the event that suppliers violate this code, we will thoroughly evaluate our business relationship and may decide to end it in compliance with applicable laws and our contractual rights. 3.1. From the point of collection to the point of delivery, you, the courier, are in charge of ensuring that the package is transported safely and promptly. To avoid any loss or damage to the parcel while it is being transported, you must take all required precautions. Subject to any limits or exclusions of liability stipulated in these Terms or applicable law, you shall be responsible for any loss or damage to the Parcel while it is in your control.

3.2. Both parties agree that each party's responsibility for the delivery is restricted to the duties mentioned above, and neither party will be held accountable for any delivery failure or delay brought on by events outside of their reasonable control, such as natural disasters, governmental actions, or other events of force majeure.

3.3. Greetings from the SogSoog Platform. This policy outlines how we handle users' personal information on the SogSoog Platform.

Users who utilize the SogSoog Platform to independently offer courier or transportation services are called "Providers," and their customers—passengers and package senders—are called "End users" (collectively "users," "you").

Unless another data controller is named in a project-specific privacy notice you receive, Webdesk LLC is the organization that offers the platform and manages data processing ("we," "SogSoog").

When using SogSoog's mobile applications, websites, goods, content, facilities, and systems (collectively, the "Platform"), or when contacting us, this policy is applicable. How we handle information regarding our candidates, staff, and business partners is not covered by the policy.

With the exception of the nations where a jurisdiction-specific privacy policy is in effect, this policy is applicable anywhere the Platform is accessible. Regarding every practice outlined in this policy, we shall abide by the relevant local legislation. In the event that this policy and local law conflict, we shall adhere to the local legislation to the degree of the discrepancy.

What data we gather

We gather three types of information about you: data that you provide us, data that we automatically gather, and data that we get from other sources.

Unless it is necessary to fulfill our legal obligations, we do not gather information about your race or ethnic origin, political views or affiliation with any political organization, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic information, or information about your sexual orientation or sex life.

Details you supply

First name, phone number, email, nationality, and city are among the registration and end-user details. We may ask for your emergency contact information, national ID numbers, social media accounts, and selfie image for liveness checks, where allowed or mandated by law. You won't be able to utilize the platform or some of its features if you don't supply this information. You can also include your profile photo and last name if you'd like.

Full name, profile picture, license information, license status, vehicle information (type, make, model, year of manufacture, color, registration certificate data, license plate, vehicle inspection report, vehicle image, permitted load capacity, if applicable), proof of identity, state identification numbers, identification documents (such as a driver's license or passport), proof of residency, home address, date of birth, gender, tax identification number, relevant insurance, right to work, driving record, payment or banking information, and other documents that may be required by applicable regulations are just a few examples of the types of information that providers may provide. Final consumers: From the moment you launch the app until it is operating in the background or on the screen, we get the exact position of your device. If end users specify the pick-up and drop-off address, they can use the app without allowing it to gather location data from their mobile devices.

Providers: When your status is "Online" and during order fulfillment, we gather the exact location of your device while the app is running in the background in driver mode or while it is on-screen. To identify and look into any issues that might arise during order fulfillment, we might also track your exact location for a brief period of time after you switch off driver mode.

Details of the transaction. We gather transactional data on the services rendered through the Platform, such as orders for goods, services, and content from third parties. The last four digits of a bank card, the amount deducted, payment transaction details, the date and time of the order or delivery of a third-party good, service, or content, the route and distance, the data on the receipt, and saved payment methods are a few examples of this type of information.

Details about usage. We gather information about how you use our platform, including when and how you access it, the features or sites you visit, platform crashes, and other system activities. Additionally, we might gather information about third-party services you used before to using the Platform and utilize it for marketing reasons.

information about communications. Through the Platform, we facilitate communication between users and ourselves. We get information about the content and the time and date of the messages to help with this. In order to provide customer help, settle user disputes, find rule infractions, maintain security, and enhance our platform, we might use this data.

Details about devices and networks. Your device name, brand and model, manufacturer, user agent, IP address, mobile carrier, network type, time zone settings, language settings, advertising identifiers, such as IDFA and GAID, browser type, operating system and its version, screen parameters, battery state, installed applications that can be used for authentication and anti-fraud purposes, and SDK version are just a few of the details we gather about the device you use to access the Platform. Data from mobile sensors, including speed, direction, altitude, acceleration, deceleration, and other technical information, may also be gathered.

Order and user IDs. When you register for an account on the platform, we automatically give you a user ID, and for every order, we provide you an order ID.

1.1. For shared rides between settlements, our platform connects independent third-party transportation service providers (referred to as "Drivers") and their customers (referred to as "Passengers"). Passengers offer their rate for the driver's services when they want a ride. After seeing the request, the drivers have the option to accept the price that has been offered or submit a counteroffer.

1.2. From the list of drivers who expressed interest in accepting the request, the passenger is free to select the driver. When the passenger confirms the ride, the driver and the passenger enter into a separate agreement.

1.3. The price agreed upon by the Driver and the Passenger through the Platform must be paid by the Passenger. All of the fees, tolls, levies, taxes, and other charges related to the ride are included in this negotiated price. The settlement between the driver and the passenger is unaffected by SogSoog.

1.4. By providing details about the ride they plan to take (such as the date and time of collection, places A and B, the number of seats, and the cost), the Driver can develop and publish an announcement on the Platform.

1.5. In response to the driver's announcement, the passenger may submit a ride request and accept the driver's predetermined fare. The passenger's request may be approved or denied by the driver.

2. The Responsibility of the Passenger

2.1. It is your responsibility as the passenger to provide accurate and comprehensive information about the ride address, such as the correct name of the settlement, the street (the avenue, the highway, etc.), the house number (including the building, structure, ownership, etc.), or the appropriate address selected from the sample.

2.2. You are responsible for the risks and repercussions of providing inaccurate information that is required to complete the voyage.

3. The Duty of the Driver

Suppliers are responsible for making sure that all upstream suppliers and subcontractors abide by this code. To verify compliance, suppliers must use risk assessments, supply chain monitoring, and due diligence protocols. Using subcontractors that don't follow these rules could result in the contract being terminated right away.

10. Execution and Observation

When suppliers don't fulfill these criteria, SOGSOOG LLC has the authority to perform audits, seek compliance documents, demand corrective plans, conduct on-site reviews, and suspend or end their contracts. At any point, proper reports and proof of ongoing development may need to be submitted.

In conclusion

Each supplier who collaborates with SOGSOOG LLC and offers products and services that support the SOGSOOG and SOGSOOGDRIVE platforms pledges to respect all of the guidelines in this Supplier Code of Conduct and apply comparable standards in its own supply chain. Adopting these practices shows a dedication to human rights protection, ethical business practices, legal compliance, safety, environmental consciousness, and responsible involvement in socially responsible corporate operations.
