Account Deletion – SOGSOOG

SOGSOOG allows users to request deletion of their account and personal data at any time.

How to request account deletion

You can request deletion of your SOGSOOG account using one of the following methods:

Method 1 – From the mobile app

Open the SOGSOOG app
Go to Profile
Scroll down
Select Delete Account Permanently
Confirm your request

Method 2 – From the website

Send a deletion request using this page:
https://sogsoog.com/contact

Include the following information:

Your registered phone number
Your registered email address
Your full name

Our support team will verify your identity and process the deletion request.

What happens when you delete your account

When your account is deleted:

Your profile will be permanently deleted
Your personal information will be removed
You will no longer be able to access the SOGSOOG app
Your account cannot be recovered

Data retention

Some information may be retained for a limited period when required for legal obligations, fraud prevention, tax and financial reporting, and security or dispute resolution. This retained data is securely stored and is not used for marketing purposes. Retention periods depend on legal requirements and may range from 30 days to 10 years depending on the data type.
